- Special pre-ordered parts are non-refundable. These items are specifically ordered for your unit and cannot be returned or refunded once the order is placed.
- If the special pre-ordered part becomes unusable as a result, it will be deemed non-refundable. The special part to be pre-ordered is necessary as part of the next step in the repair process
- Warranty:
- Seven (7) Days Limited Warranty for Parts with Factory Defects based on the official date released to the Customer (subject to voided warranty due to misuse)
