Step 1 : Unit Registration

1.A All units that will come in the facility must be documented. Use CMD Command (wmic csproduct) in order to pull out the basic information of the unit.

1.B Next is to download speccy portable. Run the application in order to pull out all the information needed to fill out the form.

1.C Click the button below in order to access the Unit registration form

1.D Finally, write your name on the inspection tag when completed

Step 2: Preliminary Testing

Perform the following during this stage. ANY FAILURE AT THIS POINT SHOULD NOT PROCEED TO THE FULL INSPECTION WITHOUT APPROVAL

  1. Memtest
  2. Physical damage inspection
  3. Battery Test

For battery testing, consider the following:

  • T1 – Discharge unit until it goes to sleep
  • T2 – Recharge unit until 100% full
  • T3 – Discharge unit until it goes to sleep

All units that pass – proceed to Final Inspection

Write your name on the inspection tag

Step 3: Full Diagnostics

All units that will pass step 2 will now undergo final testing

3.A YOU MAY NOW QUIT THIS WINDOW AND PERFORM A FULL FRESH INSTALL OF WINDOWS 11 TO ELIMINATE ANY VIRUSES.

RESUME TO THIS PAGE AFTER SUCCESSFUL REFORMAT

3.B Update all necessary drivers and check all components of the unit while filling up our final inspection form

3.C. Write your name on the inspection tag

WHEN COMPLETE PLEASE HAND OVER THE UNIT TO CRYSTAL FOR CLEANING AND FINAL PACKAGING
