After fully submitting your send-in repair form, click Print Send-In Details and attach the printed copy to your unit. Units received without this slip may experience processing delays.

Submit a Send-In Repair Request
Follow the steps below based on how you’re accessing the site.

Accessing via powertech website on a computer or browser

Log In to Your Account
Make sure you’re logged in to your Powertech account before proceeding.

Go to My Account → Repairs
Navigate to your account dashboard, then click Repairs from the menu.

Click the “Send In Repair” Tab
Inside the Repairs section, select the Send In Repair tab.

Click “Send In a Unit”
Click the Send In a Unit button to open the repair request form.

Fill Out and Submit the Form
Complete all required fields in the send-in repair form, then submit.

Print Your Send-In Details
After submitting, click Print Send-In Details and physically attach the printout to your unit before packing and shipping. This is required for processing.

Log In to Your Account
Make sure you’re logged in to your Powertech account before proceeding.

Tap “Repairs” in the Bottom Menu
At the bottom navigation bar, tap the Repairs icon.

Select the “Send In Repair” Tab
Inside the Repairs screen, tap the Send In Repair tab.

Tap “Send In a Unit”
Tap the Send In a Unit button to open the repair request form.

Fill Out and Submit the Form
Complete all required fields in the send-in repair form, then submit.

Print Your Send-In Details
After submitting, tap Print Send-In Details and physically attach the printout to your unit before packing and shipping. This is required for processing.

Pack & Ship Your Unit
Accepted Couriers
Use any courier of your choice — customer shoulders shipping cost both ways
You may send your unit through any reliable courier. Some common options:

⚠ Shipping costs to and from Powertech are shouldered by the customer. Powertech is not liable for any damage incurred during transit. Please pack your unit securely.
Proper packaging protects your unit in transit. Follow these guidelines before sealing your box.
Attach Your Slip
Print and attach the Send-In Details slip to the outside or inside top of the package. This is required for identification and processing.
Wrap in Bubble Wrap
Wrap the unit thoroughly in bubble wrap — at least 2–3 layers — especially around the screen, corners, and edges.
Use a Rigid Box
Place the wrapped unit in a sturdy, rigid box. Avoid soft pouches or envelopes. Fill empty space with packing material to prevent movement.
Include Only What’s Needed
Include the charger if the issue is power-related. Do not include unnecessary accessories, peripherals, or personal storage devices.
Seal Securely
Seal all flaps with strong tape. Double-tape the bottom and top seams. Avoid reusing damaged boxes.
Label Clearly
Write the Powertech address clearly on the outside. Include your name and contact number as the sender.

What Happens Next
- ✔ Unit is received and logged using your Send-In slip
- ✔ Technician performs diagnostics and assessment
- ✔ You will be contacted with a repair quote before work begins
- ✔ Repair proceeds once you approve the quote
- ✔ Unit is tested and packed for return shipping
- ✔ You will be notified once the unit is ready for pickup or return shipment
Customer Responsibilities
- ✔ Back up all personal data before sending
- ✔ Attach the printed Send-In Details slip to the unit
- ✔ Disclose all known issues when filling out the form
- ✔ Shoulder shipping costs both ways
- ✘ Do not send unnecessary accessories or storage
- ✘ Do not send units without a job order slip attached
