Applies to all warranty types — Limitad Parts and Manufacturer Warranty
- ✔ Unit must have a factory defect (not user damage)
- ✔ Unit, charger, and box in pristine condition
- ✔ Complete package must be present
- ✔ Original receipt must be presented
- ✔ Return only at the store of purchase
- ✘ Software or OS issues
- ✘ Cosmetic flaws (inspect before purchase)
- ✘ Physical damage, cracks, deep scratches
- ✘ Missing or altered serial/model numbers
- ✘ SSD/HDD corruption or data loss
- ✘ LCD damage from drops, spills, or force
- ✘ Transit damage, disasters, acts of God
- ✘ Pirated software, viruses, unauthorized mods
Warranty Types
Select the warranty type that applies to your unit.
One (1) Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Claims must be processed through the brand’s authorized service center
- ✘ Software / Operating System issues
- ✘ Cosmetic imperfections not impacting function
- ✘ Physical damage, mishandling, cracks
- ✘ LCD damage from drops, spills, or force
- ✘ Corrupted SSD/HDD or data loss
- ✘ Damage during transit or natural disasters
- ✘ Pirated/incompatible software or malware
- ✘ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- ✘ Third-party accessories causing damage
- ✘ Altered or missing serial/model numbers
Two (2) Years Manufacturer’s Warranty

For commercial units — extended coverage for select factory-defective parts
- ✘ Unit damaged by transit, mishandling, drops, or extreme temperatures
- ✘ Damage from natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning)
- ✘ Connected to irregular voltage causing electrical failure
- ✘ Improperly installed or operated outside brand instructions
- ✘ Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs
- ✘ Warranty seal removed, broken, or tampered
- ✘ Unable to present receipt, invoice, or warranty slip
- ✘ Warranty period has expired
Thirty (30) Days Limited Parts Warranty
For clearance/commercial units — covers select factory-defective parts
- ✘ Physical damage, mishandling, or negligence
- ✘ Damage from disasters, irregular voltage, or unauthorized repairs
- ✘ Tampered warranty seals or missing proof of purchase
- ✘ Warranty period has expired
- ✘ Part is non-replaceable due to unavailability or integration with other components
Claiming Procedure
All warranty claims must be made in-store. No online or remote claims are accepted.
Powertech will assess and diagnose the unit upon receipt of the claim.
3–14 Business DaysBring your original receipt, warranty slip, and complete package when claiming.
Repair or replacement timeline depends on service queue and parts availability.
